Shocking Customer Service - Avoid Servicing Stop

If you just want to get your car serviced and all is ok then by all means use them but if anything goes wrong, you can wave goodbye to them resolving your problem. There is absolutely zero customer service. They answer the phone as if you are the inconvenience. My service book didn't get stamped, they said they would get the next garage to stamp it, then failed to tell them and blamed the garage. I sent the service book to them and didn't get it sent back. When I called to ask where it was, I was assured if had been sent several days before. When I checked again yesterday - they found it on someone's desk, not posted. The only time they are nice to you is when they send the text or email asking for payment. They charge a huge mark up on what the garage they are sending your car to charge. My advice is if the garage they sent you to did a good job. Go directly through them. Many times they offer the same service, cheaper (including the picking up of your vehicle in many cases), without all the rubbish of servicing stop acting as the middle man. If you still continue to use serving stop good luck.

p.s - you will notice they give themselves 5 out of 5 stars for customer service. This is because they only put the good reviews, not all. I gave them one star and mine is nowhere to be seen. Strange.
