I was concerned that the service would comply with all KIA manufactures service schedule and was assured by servicingstop it did, and the cost with a MOT would be 203.50 when the garage had the car I was told I had to pay extra for spark plugs brake oil and pollen filter. All these items are quoted in the KIA service plan schedule, and must be carried out to maintain the validity of the KIA 7 year warranty. I ended up paying 294.35 pounds instead of the quoted 203.50, and to add insult to injury they never stamped my service book to say a bodywork inspection had been carried out, which probably invalidates that. The only thing I can say in their praise is the customer care man gives you the most pleasant hard luck, go away; you don’t have a hope as we have your car now pay up you MUG.
Never Never again will I go near servicingstop.
