My car had scratches on it that was not present when the vehicle was collected for repair. Was not cleaned when returned to me. It was so bad I refused to collect it back and I wasn't so sure about the part used for my car. Will not use or recommend to anyone.

We would like to extend our apologies for the fact that you were not happy with the level of service you received. If you believe your vehicle has new damage on it, please contact the repair centre directly. They will be able to help resolve this matter for you. We give every vehicle a courtesy clean prior to returning it to the customer, however, we will not provide a full valet of the vehicle, unless specifically requested by the customer. You say you are not sure about the part used for your repair. We do not understand what you mean by this and would appreciate some clarification. We can assure you that every replacement part we use will be new and will be an approved part for your vehicle. If you were to speak to the centre directly they will be able to discuss this matter with you and provide you with the relevant assurance. We would really like to know which centre you dealt with so that we can ensure that these issues are addressed for you to your satisfaction.
