Am not happy about the fact that my car was towed away to Forfar for the repair but on returning the vehicle it was driven from Forfar in rain and mud for, I think, aproximately 75 miles. Nobody told me that my car would have this excess mileage on it or after undergoing a valet the mud during the driving would cancel this out. I did not need these extra miles on my car and if I had known this would be the case would not have subjected it to the job. I also have a small scratch (probably from the drive) on the driver side near the door handle which was not there before my car was placed in your hands. You do need to explain this journey to your customers or find an outlet nearer to Aberdeen which would not entail the long journey with a customer's car.

I would like to apologise on behalf of the team in Forfar for any upset you have been caused. I understand you have very low mileage on your vehicle and can appreciate how frustrating it must be to know that we have just added to it. Apparently we only added 58 miles in driving your car back, nevertheless this would not have happened if your vehicle had been returned on a truck. Our receptionist is convinced that she checked with you before your car was driven back and explained that you would have to wait a little longer for your car to be returned if you required it to be delivered back on a truck. She was obviously mistaken or has confused you with another customer, which is extremely unfortunate and again, I sincerely apologise for this. The team in Forfar certainly did not mean to cause you any distress or upset and I would like to assure you that if your vehicle was ever in need of repair again, we would be happy to collect and deliver by truck. However, if the situation arises, please ensure that you inform the centre of your requirements. As regards the stone chip, please contact the centre manager directly. He will be more than happy to sort this matter out for you. Thank you.
