Absolutely horrible place to go and get your vehicle repaired. When checking up on my vehicle the receptionist does not help instead they transfer you to someone different who has to give you and update. Poor communication throughout.

However, we can confirm that our receptionist is likely to have transferred you to someone who was working on your vehicle and who would therefore be able to give you a more detailed update.
