My car was collected while I was on holiday in France. They called to say they had collected it and assessed the repair and informed the insurance company. On return from holiday I had a call to let me know of progress. I received phone calls about every three days during the repair. As this was a 3rd party claim by me I had a hire care provided by the other parties insurance company who kept trying to tell me my car was ready and to return the hire car. Thanks to being kept so well informed I was able to put them right each time.Some of the parts required for the repair were hard to obtain but I was kept informed all the way. When my car was returned to me it was like getting a new car. Even though this was a protracted repair, 4 weeks, I felt the guys at Yeovil were in full control of the situation.
