I reversed my new car into a post, and wrecked the rear door and damaged the sills both sides. Nationwide Repairs booked it in immediately, were extremely polite and helpful on the phone. It was collected and delivered, and I was given a courtesy car.
The lovely men who collected and returned it couldn't have been more helpful (many thanks!).
I am disabled, and was given such friendly support. I had regular phone updates about the process of the repairs, and they were finished several days before I was expecting. I am very happy and highly recommend this company.
Thanks to everyone - from the customer service on the phone, the repair team and the lovely collectors/delivery team.
