Cheltenham Nationwide. Firstly took them ages to return calls to arrange a pick up. Then told car was repaired and arranged delivery. Car not delivered with no call or notification. Phoned them but no one could help, promised call next day. Phone call not returned. I phoned them. Told couldn't deliver because of cracked windscreen. Windscreen would be delivered Tuesday. They phoned on Wed to be told car would be delivered Fri. Car delivered with cracked windscreen!. Phoned them, no one could deal with me, promised that someone would call next day. No one did. I phoned them, asked to speak to someone with the authority to deal with my complaint. Heated discussion with employee (no manager currently at Chelt) who claimed that they had been waiting for insurance company to return enquiry. WHY DELIVER CAR THEN? Spoke to insurance company who said that they had had no such contact with Nationwide Cheltenham. So terrible admin, terrible service, questionable integrity.
