Howard Basford was the recommended repair centre following my unfortunate accident resulting in extensive damage to my vehicle. The vehicle was returned to me well within an acceptable time limit given the extent of the damage and from the body work point of view the overall repair looked excellent and I was very pleased to see the finished result. The vehicle has been back on the road for a week or so and from a road running point of view no problems have arisen with the vehicle. I have passed on my thanks and appreciation to the relevant repair team at Howard Basford and also thanked them for a 1st class customer service which kept me up to date with the my vehicles progress through the repair process and for the hire care facility offered to me through my insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend Howard Basford for any major or minor vehicle repair work.
