Service with a smile from Nationwide!!

From a miserable start of a minor crash at a roundabout and burdened with the thought of a long episode of harassment and being without car whilst repairs to my front bumper and headlight took place, I was instantly greeted with a pleasant helpful receptionist on my first phone call from Nationwide through my insurance company. Receptionist L booked my car in and provided me with a smart almost brand new SUV courtesy car over the period of the repair. This was brought to my door by a pleasant gentleman who left me with a list of details if I needed to contact them for anything at all. Off he went in my car to Bradford.
A week later Receptionist L phoned and said mine was ready and someone would bring it back to my house the following day and collect the courtesy car. When it arrived it looked like a brand new car, valeted inside and out!!
Unfortunately on driving my newly repaired car that same afternoon I discovered it was making noises when driven over road humps and potholes. I rang Receptionist L immediately thinking there would be a massive problem returning it after I had signed to say my car had been repaired and returned in good order.
She immediately apologised and said to take it over and they would put it on the ramp and check it out. I returned a few days later and they said it needed to go back in for a new part fixing. They offered to take the car from my house when the part arrived, leave a vehicle for me to drive and return my vehicle the same day, but as I needed it both ends of the day and was grateful for their helpfulness and concern I said I would drive over and wait for the car for a couple of hours until they fixed it. I took it over as planned but they kindly brought me home so I didn't have to wait and two chaps brought it back later that day, again valeted both inside and out looking pristine!!! Everybody I came in contact with at Nationwide was helpful, friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend their services to all.
