the cardiff branch provided great overall service when our car had to be taken away for repair after an accident,the courtesy car provided was clean and tidy and the service by the nationwide employee was brilliant.
once he found out my husband was a bit nervous about driving the courtesy car, he spent time talking him through all the details of the new car,and was extremely helpful ,and then went the extra mile to get the repair done quickly so we could have the car back sooner.

cant praise the service provided especially by the employee high enough,would highly recommend to friends and family
