I would like to thank ALL the staff working in the Newport branch of Nationwide. I had an accident on the 11th January and was still waiting for my authorised garage to be booked in 22nd February.If it wasn't for Nationwide in Newport my car would still not be repaired. They organised repairs and a courtesy car within such a short while.

They did a fantastic job on the car and while in for repairs kept me informed through all the stages of repair. This I have never received off any other repair service.

I would certainly recommend the Newport branch to anyone and if in future I have the chance I most certainly will.

The repair work was well done and the staff kept me informed of all that was going on. Above all they were all really polite and helpful.
