Recently had a minor bump in my car and my insurer (Hastings Direct) use Nationwide as their repair provider. The collection and drop off at my place of work (a school) was easy and they were able to work around my timetable, which I really appreciated. The people I had contact with, both on the phone and in person were all really friendly and helpful. The car I had use of was a brand new Citroen C4 Picasso (only 14 miles on the clock!). The quality of the repair was excellent and whilst I hope I don't need their service again, if I do then I would do so with confidence.
