The reputation of this repairer locally is abysmal & rightly so. After previous experience of this company 12 or more years ago when a car needed another body shop to put right this companies shoddy craftsmanship, I foolishly allowed my insurance company to persuade me to allow this lot to repair my car. What a mistake that turned out to be. I have a THIRTY point list of defects with the repair & the car is now in another garage having their work corrected. My car had more body filler than the shelf at Halfords & has sanding marks & runs in the paintwork. Worse still is the fact my car will not maintain a straight drive, it pulls all over the road.
When I booked the car into the garage who are making good the repairs, they actually asked if it was Nationwide who had done the initial work, I didn't even have to mention them. Shocking work that will seriously devalue your car.

As an update, I now have my car back after the 'repairs' were corrected. This includes three new wheels & two new tyres. One of the rear wheels that took the brunt of the impact was badly buckled & the tyre had damage to the sidewall. Not only had my car been returned badly repaired, it had been returned in a dangerous condition. I dread to think what might have happened if I had a blow out on the motorway.
I implore you, if your insurance company wants to take your car to Nationwide Dumfries, seek the advice of other companies in the trade. Ask locally what this companies reputation is like & remember that you have the right to have your car repaired at a place of your choosing.
