First class repair, professionally run business

Whilst it took my insurer some time and a few irate phone calls and emails to get Nationwide of Warwick to liaise with me, take my car away, provide me with a courtesy vehicle and complete repairs the service from Nationwide was nothing short of outstanding.

Initially, their plan was to visit me with a car 'surgery' capsule to perform onsite repair. However, as the damage had not been examined I dissuaded them from their plan insisting on damage assessment first. They were happy to oblige and their assessor concluded that my car needed body shop inspection as possible internal structural damage was hard to determine.

All throughout progress I was kept informed, literally bombarded with calls and texts. Great, couldn't complain about the communication really but I did wonder if I was going to get a message to say that the paint sprayer had just gone to the toilet, lol.

A 14 reg Vauxhall Mokka was supplied in the meantime. My youngest daughter loved it, but I had to tell her I couldn't keep it and I wanted my sporty motor back anyway.

So, thank you Nationwide, most impressed.
