Early in June my 20 month old Seat Leon car sustained damage to the front offside wing whilst parked unattended outside my daughters house. The damage was caused by a neighbour opposite who reversed into it when reversing out of his drive. I was lucky because he came and admitted what had happened, something you rarely find nowadays! My car was still driveable and so that I was not without a vehicle. The claim was dealt with by his insurance company, Hastings Direct, who informed me on the friday that they had instructed the Hessle branch of Nationwide Accident Repair Services, to carry out the repairs. First thing monday morning they were in touch and arranged a repair at my home address later that same week. The work was carried out by their mobile repair unit to a first class standard. The engineer was truely professional in the way that he carried out the repair and respray of the wing of my car. He was prompt in attendance at the appointment, and he was most courteous and helpful in the way that he answered questions raised by myself about the work to be carried out. I was most impressed with the mobile facility used, with the car housed within the brightly coloured tunnel with all the facilities that you normally associate with a large industrial unit. When the work was completed the work area was spotless. The work was carried out to a first class standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending this particular company to any prospective client. From start to finish I have received a first class service from Nationwide Hessle.

Thank you for your feedback which has been passed on to our team in Hull. It is great to hear that our mobile repair unit does a first class job just like the centres.
