Took car back today as new clutch left a rubbing noise when turning. Told to go back another day which is ok. Retuning to car to find door damaged which now needs a body repair job which the are taking responsibility for but had I not noticed no one came and mentioned what had happened. They leave car dirty from work they have done without any attempt to clean. So far I would not recommend this branch. (Hayes). I have now to experience gping back to still get clutch problem sorted and damage to car door! I am hoping they will prove to be better and not worse when I return next week. If I have a better experience I shall comment. Manager was good as he handled problems without disputing the issues caused by his staff.
