MrClutch Kingston is terrible

AA towelled my car to Mrclutch Kingston to replace some parts of the clutch. They suggested the entire clutch should be replaced despite the instruction by the AA. We agreed to the replacement of the entire clutch for the sum of £550. MrClutch later said the flywheel needs replacing and quoted £350; the total of £857 was paid; They claimed to have done the job but require periodical inspection. A procedure I have never heard another garage stating as the condition of their warrantte. No surprise the car was returned to MrClutch the following day because of knocking noise in the engine. The mechanic said it was a plastic he didn't restore to place properly that caused the noise. I have just returned the part(Flywheel) they changed to a dealer who confirmed it was unnecessary replacement. I don't know what surprise to expect next. Kingston's MrClutch employee was very rude and he will play you like a puppet if you are not used to that sort of person he is. I have now scheduled my car for thorough inspection by the dealer. I will strongly advise you do not to go to Mrclutch in Kingston for any repair.
