Had my front brake pads replaced at Mr Clutch in Canterbury. 2 days later the wheel came off whilst all my children were in the car, we were about to get on the motorway when this happened good job I didn't or this accident could have been catastrophic. They quickly repaired the car without my consent, the customer service from head office was also poor due to the lack of communication and just being fobbed off, I don't think they are aware of the severity of what could of happened and have not offered any kind of compensation etc
