I own a vauxhall insignia and use it to tow a caravan. The clutch went due to faulty springs. I took the car to Mr clutch and they replaced it which was fine... or so I thought. After taking the car and caravan to cornwall for a week, the journey back proved their incompetance. Driving back on the M1 I heard a whining and a crunch, loosing all power to the car. After phoning the AA, I was informed that the gearbox had blown because Mr clutch had drained the gearbox fluid and not replaced it. I am currently going through the ordeal of getting Mr Clutch to own up for their mistake and getting them to pay for the damage done by their so called qualified mechanics.
