I took my car for an MOT at mr clutch maidstone and they falied it for the anti-roll bar, the brake hoses were rubbing and the headlight not aiming correctly. I booked it in to get these fixed at 9:00am and couldn't take the car away until 3:30pm! After phoning them twice I found out they hadn't even looked at the car yet and told me it needed new brake pads even though they were only a year old. I reluctantly agreed to new pads. When I went to pick the car up I found out that all they did was replace the pads and re-adjusted the headlight. There was no mention of the hoses or the anti-roll bar. This small amount of work took SIX AND A HALF HOURS! I was not happy considering I had to change my plans for that day.
