“bad service”

On changing a cam belt which needed the wheel to be removed,the lock nut was lost by a member of staff,the attitude was one of could not care,after two weeks and 5 contacts they offered to remove the old studs, but I was not see how they were going to do it,in the end I took the easier option had to buy a replacement lock nut myself,would I reccomend NOT ON YOUR LIFE
