Well, what can I say!! The service I have received has got to the worse I have ever seen!! I purchased several parts from this company which did not arrive on time for starters! This was not such a major problem, the problem was when I took the parts to the garage they told me they were not the correct ones! I contacted the company who told me to send them back for a full refund!!! Even though it was their mistake I had to pay the postage charges to return it back to them and I also paid for them to be delivered to me which was not cheep due to the weight of the items and you would think they would have a free post address if the mistake was theirs.
They received the parts and said I would get my refund of €800!! to this day I have not received anything!! This has been going on now for over 6 weeks.
I have called so many times and like most of reviews I have seen the customer service staff are so rude and then put down the phone before anything is resolved! Then I have to call back, again adding addition costs to my phone bill as the phone number is a premium rate number and the company make a good profit on all the calls! I think that's why it takes so long to get a refund as they want you to keep calling them so they can make a profit on you!
I have seen that mister auto monitor this site so if there is a manager out there that can help then please contact me , I have left my customer number on this post so you know who I am.

Our company is new and we are constantly improving so we will take everything you say in to consideration.
According to our system your refund was confirmed on the 15/10/2012 so it should be visible in your bank account.
We would also like to state that sometimes our accounting department can not confirm the refunds via the original payment method of the orders and for this reason we ask clients for bank details which after a refund is confirmed we never keep in our system. Unfortunately sometimes the refunds with bank transfer take longer to be issued.
We hope you have received your refund in the meantime. If this is not the case though we would like to ask you to contact us via your account on our website so that this can be addressed quickly.
If there is anything else we can do for you to compensate the unsatisfactory experience you have had with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
