Took my car for a standard Mot, I had used Kwik fit previously and had an average experience. Dropped my car off to receive a call 10 minutes later, they couldn't open my boot? I needed to pick up my car it had failed. I told them I didn't really use the boot but maybe it just needed oiling, he said they'd see what they could do (rather reassuring). Yet apparently they could do nothing as yet again I recieved a call it had failed I had to pick up my car and sort the boot that wouldn't open before they would test. So back to Kwik fit I go, collected my car, took it home, tried the boot and yes it opened. Had to then take my car to get the mot a complete waste of an entire day, staff were completely incompetent, rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs!
