I booked service and MOT online, and payed £200. When I went to pick up my car, they tried to charge me an extra £165. I questioned them, but they couldn't explain why I was being charged extra. The reason why I approached Kwik Fit in the first place was because my mechanic has retired. Every year I used to take it to him for service and MOT, and he never charged me over £150. The car was running smooth when my old mechanic serviced it but with Kwik Fit, I don't feel like it is running at its best. Thank god I have got a whole year now to find a decent mechanic. I thought Kwik Fit was reputable company but don't go for the name, they'll try and rip you off.
