I was quoted a price for some work, when I went to pay they told me one price, then charged me another(they said £216 and charged me £261) - I didn't notice when I was putting my pin in, I just assumed it would be the price that they said, and they hadn't even done all of the work. When I complained they just ignored me, refused to answer email and kept saying they'd get back to me when I phoned but never did. I'll never use them again and will advise all my friends to avoid them.
