Have taken my car every year for MOT at kwick fit orpington. Today it failed the MOT due to incorrect format of number plates. The car has had the same number plates since 5 years ago and when I told them I done the MOT last year with them and the car had the same number plates on they demanded the last years MOT certificate. When they seen that it was them they got lost for words.
