Taxi drivers will tell you....do not use Kwik-fit. "They take you for whatever they can get...'

I took my car for MOT at £45 which is steep but they failed it on 3 counts:

1. I had left the TOMTOM holder on the windscreen and 'we're not allowed to take it off' (it is a simple suction cup) affecting a clear view;
2. a headlight bulb was misaligned and
3. a front tyre was not 1.6 mm.

INCREDIBLY, the same car, UNTOUCHED, PASSED its MOT at another national chain garage. The bulb was fixed without fuss and tyre was fine. £30.

Kwik-fit policy is to take you for whatever they can, do it by volume with no sense of customer care.

Personally, I am FED UP with this attitude. Please VOTE with your tyres and DRIVE PAST this company.
