Wheel Bearing Replacement

I had my front wheel bearings replaced 13 months ago, after about 11 months and 7 thousand miles i noticed some play in the wheels.
I took the car to the KWIK FIT dealership and was told there fine, I took the car for its MOT 2 months on and was told the wheel bearings were in a extremely poor condition. Guess what KWIK FIT cant replace as the 12 months warranty is up, I have used KWIK FIT for many years, the last couple of years the service levels have been appauling to say the least. I can honestly say KWIK FIT have had in excess off £10,000 of me over the years through car insurance, MOTs, servicing and repairs.
I will not give them another penny, companies who take years to get your loyalty and then lose it over the cost of replacing an inferior or poor quality product by hiding behind the standard 12 month warranty get everything they deserve.
CARES Programmes, Customer Retention and Customer Satifaction are all buzz words used to get repeat custom, KWIK FIT has one less customer, ME !!!!!!!!
