Shop front staff was helpful and efficient, but the guys- fitters- how awful they were, unfriendly, abrupt, no customer service provided, and appeared annoyed that they have to fix/install parts for customer's car. I've never had such rude service, in fact there was no service- not worth the charge for fitting. Took so long waiting for them to come and fix it even though staff at till called them several times. These fitters avoided doing any work. Halfords need to improve their staff and reduce the prices as they are losing customers. I would not want to shop with them again.
