IN summary:

4 days to do one repair. Repeatedly lied to, fobbed off, phonecalls not returned, no communication between staff meant when the manager wasn't in no-one else knew what the status of my car was. I was expected to take car away in a condition not fit for driving, had to argue to get the to look at it again and correct their mistake, no apology. Key fob broken.

absolute disgrace, never ever entrust my car with them again.
