Three times I have used Halfords (not my choice its a fleet vehicle) first time it passed its MOT with in my opinion a defective hand brake, second time was a alleged service, oil still looked black when I picked it up, and this time its a new vehicle, frst service,one year old, only 68oo miles, and claim they need it all day, need to change all the filters and brake discs drums etc !!!!!!!
As well as this, the staff are rude, and are supposed to supply a loan vehical as part of the contract.
My advice is avoide if you can
