Purchased a voodoo hoodoo from Hellfords sorry Halfords in Kettering and was told to collect later in the day. So in i goes and the first thing i spotted was a split in the fork lockout cable and oil seeping out. Forks didnt lockout and handlebar bolts done up at differing lengths.Had i not spotted this they would have let me ride out of the store. They said they will have a look and to collect the next day. Went in and nothing had been done and bike nowhere to be seen. Fuming, i told them i wanted a new bike delivered and not a second hand repair job. Told bike will be delivered in "couple of days" no date or time given. Am now waiting to see if and when it arrives and will build myself. These people are not setting bikes up in the correct manor at all and are putting peoples lives at risk with their shoddy service. Will never use again. As for the free six week service or care plan, i dont think so. I wont let them near any bike of mine. I would hesitate to give these clowns even 1 star. No wonder they were voted worst shop in Britain. Useless.
