“poor build quality on bikes”

Bought an apollo slant 20" mountain bike 8 weeks ago 3 frames later here i am. Poor quality parts reflects the fairly cheap price.
Loose wheels loose nuts seemed to be the norm. safety seems not to be a priority.
Poorly trained staff who are assembling bikes again seems to be the norm.
Lack of qualified bike technicians on site.
Outwith statutory 28 days from purchase, not really interested in replacing or refunding bike.
Be careful of own brand products, spend a little more for a better quality bike
