took my fiat punto to sutton halfords to get MOT & servicing done.
i had already paid for it in advance.

When i went back to collect it, i was told my windscreen wipers were not very good and needed to be replaced. I was shocked to hear that they had already fitted a £60 pound windscreen wiper that too without even bothering to give me a call and ask.

i went back and called fiat service centre to advise me of the windscreen wipers cost, and was told that the fiat windscreen wipers start from £15. £40 is the most premium wipers they have.

why did they charge £60 - no idea
