In november 2011 I purchased a Boardman mtb pro from Halfords in Guildford along with a few bits and bobs to go with it, I also took out the three year care plan on the bike. In that time I have used the bike for my daily commute to go to work and back witch is about 15 miles each way and I use it for proper mountain biking almost every weekend. I can honestly say that the only problem I have had with this bike is that I have had 2 punchers and both times a massive thorn has been to blame each time I have taken it in to the store and have been served by the same person that sold me the bike in the first place, he is always very friendly and has done the repair while I wait. not only is the bike brilliant but the customer service is perfect to the young man that served me was polite and chatty and was extremely helpful including pointing out small adjustments that could possibly improve my riding which every time he has been right. I would strongly recommend the service that I received in the guildford store and the Boardman mtb pro.
