I bought a ripspeed dvd player in june 2011. Two weeks later the screen stopped working. It took them six months before found an appointment to look at it. They sent it off to the manufacture for repairs. 4 weeks later they get back to me to say it cant be fixed and it has been discontinued. However they would be happy to give me a SECOND HAND unit! I asked for my money back as it was still under guarantee, the manager hung up on me. Then got onto head office and it seems the higher up the rank you go, the bigger the d**k head you get. So now I have to take them to court. I'll never set foot in another Halfords in fear that I'll knee-cap one of them.

i agree fully and will no longer be using halfords, i spoke to head office too and was shocked at how arrogant he was,clearly no customer skills!
