As a former employee of Halfords Autocentre i will recommend no one to have work done there as the Employees are pushed to make as much money as possible off each car.

Each tech has a weekly budget which there performance is rated and judged by how much bonus they make. If they 'under perform' to Halfords standard they are told to shape up as they
