Its cheap and thats where any positives end.

- Long list of adversaries that are simply b u l l sh i t. Have the car retested elsewhere. Look at the car yourself. You will see they are rubbish.
- Failing a car on tyre cracking...... when the groves are part of the tread. What sort of idiot can not see that.
- Drop your car off 5 minutes before appointments and a test takes 45 minutes.... More like drop it off 5 minutes before the BOOKED appointment, and come back 3 hours later.
- Free partial retest for failed cars.... They only retest cars at the end of the working day, when they've done all other work they've ripped people off on. You have no choice of time, you either take it back at the end of the day, or you will need to pay for another test. Dropped the car off towards the end of the day, person at reception said it would be 15 minutes. Came back an hour later. To see 3 mechanics sitting down in the sun outside the building, all staring at me, didn't say a word. Went to reception, and they said the car is on the ramp. At which point some lazy gormless t w a t outside started to drag his feet over to the car. Had to wait another half an hour....
- I don't expect mechanics to be particularly adept with social interaction, or even proficient in a customer facing role. But when you are dealing with a group of people that have no grasp of customer service, and are barely capable of intelligent, reasonable, or even pleasant conversation it affects the service being provided. At no point do you feel welcome, or your business is valued.
