Having purchased such an in depth manual I had a problem with opening it up . I followed the very clear instructions on what to do - emailed the problem and by return I received the solution which worked fine . This was on Sunday evening so top marks to emanualsonlineĀ for sorting problem at such a time -you couldn't get this kind of service from the hospital!!!

Good advice to Mercedes owners - BUY IT !!!!!! I really didn't expect to receive such a good manual with such excellent back-up !
