Paid for MGF manual and tried to download it, spent all day trying to get it to work on my Mac book but after having their IT guy take over my machine it still doesn't work, tried again on a PC and still can not open the manual. This site is rubbish and I would not recommend using it. After you purchase you can't talk to anyone, their chat live is dead and the only contact is via e-mail. I am going to go and find a good old fashioned hard copy somewhere not of the internet.

Thats rather unfair what you have written. This does work on a Mac and does work on a PC as well. The fact you couldn't get it to work was because both your PC and Mac was full of malware and suspicious software even before we touched it. So much so that it was running your PC down to a halt. That was the issue, not our workshop manual!
