Executive Summary of Review of EManualOnLine Experiences:
Do not waste your time or money.
Full Review:
Eleven days ago I ordered an EManualOnLine for my Audi Q7. The purchase price was 9.99 pounds.
Since then it was the four time to try to download the manual before I got the download completed. I was unable to do anything with that file.
I have sent 29 e-mails to EMO support group. I have received 21 e-mails from EMO support individuals - two, one was E and the other was E. They expressed concern and attempted to help.
I had one appointment for assistance scheduled in advance for which I waited 70 minutes and had no response from EMO support.
I had another appointment for assistance scheduled in advance for which I waited 30 minutes and had no response from EMO support.
I followed EMO support directions to open TeamViewer three times and had no action or response.
I followed EMO support directions to open TeamViewer a fourth time and was able to contact a representative who then spent 90 minutes working on my computer (remotely) to install additional files. (The Guru took 90 minutes - what do they expect the typical customer to do?) He then told me I was ready to go.
I attempted to log in per instructions and got total trash.
I made an appointment, see above, and opened TeamViewer a fifth time and got no response for 30 minutes.
I still have not seen one page of the promised, and paid for, manual.
My recommendations: Do not wast your time or money.

You only have to read the reviews here to see that your full of BS. That and the fact we can take your comments with a pinch of salt. At anytime you could've quite easily backed off and said, i do not wish to continue and i would like a refund. But NO, you have a fully working manual and you have still thrown your toys out the pram like the little girl that you are!

Thank you, Chad, for responding promptly. The support team at EManualOnLine have been diligent in trying to get this manual up and running. I, seriously, would welcome your leadership in getting this full working manual available for viewing. I still have the files and would be most happy to be able to use them. Will you help this little girl? And I will be most delighted to print a retraction and a new review when I am able to access the manual.
