I could not have installed this Emanual by my self. I never got it to download correctly, was told my Laoptop at fault. So I bought the CD version which again would not work with my Laptop for some reason. So I loaded it onto my old desk top PC, and I left it to the Emanualonline agent to complete, which they did while I was away from the machine, all ready and waiting to be used when I came back. Excellent service, friendly help, all appointments kept. Well done Emanual, just got work out the finer points of working the thing, Thanks Folks.
