I found Concorde excellent, really quick and easy to book online and then received a call back to confirm the booking. On the day there was no fuss at all, no wait, and they called back as soon as my MOT was done. This was especially good as in my experience a lot of garages will say they will call but don't. Will definitely be using them again.
The only thing i would say i didn't like was all the calls I got afterwards, was very friendly and polite but maybe not entirely necessary. I was also given a leaflet with offers which will come in handy in future bookings!
