The mechanic who was meant to fix my clutch came and messed up my gear selector so I was unable to get 5th gear and reverse and then tried to say it was a problem which was already there ( obviously it was not as I wouldn't have been driving the car if the gear selector was so bad). Once he cane to 'fix' that I noticed the clutch still wasn't right and the pressure plate wasn't adjusted properly, if at all. I called to complain and they said they would get it resolved. Today the mechanic was meant to come and fix it and now due to family issues he says he cannot and I have to get it sorted. Meanwhile I am 32 weeks pregnant and have already paid over £300 for someone to break my car even more and now I have to fix it. It's actually a joke! Do not use this company. If I could give no stars I would.
