Failed to supply tyres. Sourced a temporary & made me pay for it

I was telephoned around 4.30pm the day before a fitting of 4 premium GoodYear to say my tyres were not ready. Extremely late notice and very unprofessional and considering I needed the vehicle for a house move that day it was a big problem.
I was told that the garage designated to fit the tyres (London & Surrey Cars in Kingston upon Thames) would contact me and either fix the puncture or fit a temporary tyre. I was then called me the same evening and said it was all sorted and I would be on the road no problem. I turned up at London & Surrey in the morning at 8.30am and when the tyre could not be fixed they fitted the temporary budget tyre which I paid for at an excessive cost of £109. Fine, problem solved and an inconvenienced but happy enough customer who could now carry out his house move.

However when it came to removing the budget tyre and fitting the 4 Goodyear tyres I ordered BlackCircles don't want to know. They want to fit 3 more budget tyres or mismatched tyres of 2 budget and 2 Goodyear!

Communication between their departments and tyre fitters is a shambles. There customer service manager doesn't appear to have any listening skills and just regurgitated back everything I said I didn't want. My only option is a refund but I now have a single odd tyre I don't want.

Complete amateurs. They are cheaper for a reason. Do yourself a huge favour and avoid.
