It's currently 14 July. My cars been there since 17 June. Needed some work to pass its mot. They reckoned it would be done by early july then. They have taken forever to get any parts for it and it's developed a seperate fault during/due to their working on it. It's now likely to take till the end of next week at least. They blame this on changing to inchcape. So...Poor transition. Poor customer service..poor workmanship. Also They have never offered us information. We have to chase them for information. every time. Every estimate they give to get the work done they have broken. Truly awful customer service every which way. And it's not done yet!!

“Getting a Mobility Car”

The person I dealt with was most helpful, he was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. The car that we test drove was perfect. Thank you to him: you were wonderful. We would recommend Bentleys, Warrington, to anyone. Very warm and friendly atmosphere in this showroom.

“My first toyota”

I bought my first ever Toyota and am delighted with my choice. Comments from family and friends about how smart and sporty my Aygo is makes me very proud. It's also a pleasure to drive my new reg. car! From start to finish, the process was super smooth and my dealings with the person I dealt with were honest, professional and friendly. “Buying A Replacement Car”

I would recommend a visit to Bentleys at Warrington if considering purchasing a replacement car, be it new or preowned. The staff are very helpful and don’t apply pressure to buy. All queries were answered to my satisfaction and a choice of vehicles together with finance options given to consider. The car was ready for collection on my preferred date with the handover trouble free, which included a Drive Home 3 Day Insurance included at no extra cost.

“Blame the computer.”

I had my Toyota serviced at Bentley last year, I had recently moved into the area so this was the first time I used bentleys .I,ve had 20 years of Toyota servicing. They did not send a reminder for my next service.I happened to check online to see when my tax was due .The web site showed my MOT was 2 weeks overdue,my MOT was done at the same time as the service.I asked why there was no reminder,and was told it was because of the computer.Checking the paper work for the service showed that it was an intermediate service. it should have been a full service and the book was stamped as a full service . Again the computer was blamed .I 'phone to ask how much an intermediate service cost ,to see if I had paid for a full service .They couldn,t tell me straight away as the ,guess what.computer was "down" Having no valid MOT is important, because it will affect Insurance cover and a £500 fine for no MOT. I cannot see me using them again even though I much prefer a Toyota service.

“Excellent service received”

I enquired re a Yaris hybrid I'd seen on your website. I received a prompt and polite reply. I rang Toyota and spoke to a very polite and well informed man about what I wanted. He was very helpful and knowledga about your products. He sent me information that was pertinent and useful. I was unclear about what I could afford and after he sent me brand new quotes.. I realised I wanted an older vehicle . He was extremely kind with me and didn't show any impatience with me at all ! He put me at ease and I did not feel pressurised in any way at all . I am going through a difficult time and have felt very vulnerable.. However he was totally kind and non pressurising.. Just helpful.. Perfect service. When I arrived for a test drive I was made welcome by all your staff. I was passed to a gentleman with more experience of hybrids.. Excellent. He too was professional but extremely courteous and kind. His knowledge was awesome and he gave me lots of helpful tips about driving a hybrid. He had a gentle manner and put me totally at ease when I took the wheel! Overall I couldn't find fault with anything. It was a lovely experience and I felt confident I was in good hands. I felt special and looked after. I can't wait to pick my car up soon. Thankyou so much to the two gentlemen who helped me.

“Reneged on Deal - Dealing with a woman?”

Recently went into Bentleys Toyota Warrington looking to replace the car of a family member, which had sustained some damage to assess whether to have it fixed and then part-ex or see what they offer. List price around £4000 without damage. Salesman looked at the car and took photos of the damage and said he would send them to their body shop. Got his manager out of the office and when we left the building we had shaken hands and agreed that the MINIMUM to part-ex was £3000 against an agreed car, but if their own body shop (which you assume would be cheaper for them than me) said it would be less, they would give us the difference. We then looked to financing the deal and funding the difference on this basis. We had to chase them the next day and eventually the salesman told us that their body shop quoted £2000 to put it right and therefore they would only give us £2000 in part-ex. Not only a breach of contract by verbal agreement and the handshake but no doubt due to 1) the car we were buying was a bargain and may have been priced wrong. 2) Dealing with woman. 3) Trying to make a fast buck. Had words with the manager who was totally disinterested and dismissive. Got the car repaired, to very high standard (have the receipt) at £800. Typical car sales techniques and why they have such a bad name.
