Had a slot for between 4 and 7 to carry out a windscreen repair.By 8 no sign of an engineer and not even a courtesy call.Rang them and they said that the distribution team had finished for the weekend.Cant really rate the service as it was non existent really.Looking forward to the phone call over the weekend to try and rearrange the appointment.They have got no chance!
