Made an appointment. Called to confirm. Called again to confirm after checking with my insurance company. My appointment had been cancelled in the while for no reason. Reset a new appointment. Received 2 confirmation e-mails. Had blocked my whole afternoon for them to fix my windscreen. Got a phone call in the morning saying that there was no appointment made. They never arrived. My windscreen is still massively cracked and I have no time to get it fixed before I hit the road (have to drive hundreds of miles on motorway) THANK YOU autoglass for wasting my time and making me drive with a massively cracked windscreen. Not reliable at all.
