Booked on line and was then called to be told my slot wasn't available but if I agreed to 11am-2pm slot today they would dispatch someone. Sounds great. 15:30 no show so called. Put on hold for 10 minutes. Came back that the technician is running late and would call me in 15 min or less. 16:40 no call and no show. Called them again, on hold for 10 minutes to be told that no one has been able to get this technician all day and his phone seems to be switched off and asked if we can book in for another day. The fact that I have been waiting in for 6 hours didn't seem to bother them in the slightest. Didn't even bother to sound apologetic. Absolutely awful.
